The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

II. Sources and categories of processed personal data

  1. The controller processes personal data that you have provided to him or personal data that the controller has obtained based on an agreement regarding the delivery of goods or services.
  2. The controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for the performance of the contract.

III. Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data

  1. The legal basis for processing personal data is:
    • fulfillment of the contract between you and the controller under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
    • the legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (in particular for sending business communications) under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  2. The purpose of processing personal data is:
    • negotiation regarding the delivery of goods or services and the performance of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; personal data necessary for the successful processing of orders (name, address, contact) are required during negotiation, providing personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and fulfilling the contract, without providing personal data it is not possible to conclude or fulfill the contract from the controller’s side.
  3. The controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

IV. Retention period of data

  1. The controller retains personal data:
    • for the period necessary to perform the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims under these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
  2. After the retention period of personal data expires, the controller deletes the personal data.

V. Recipients of personal data (subcontractors of the controller)

  1. Recipients of personal data are persons:
    • involved in the delivery of goods/services/payment processing based on a contract,
    • involved in ensuring the operation of services,
    • providing marketing services.
  2. The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or international organization.

VI. Your rights

  1. Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have:
    • the right to access your personal data under Article 15 GDPR,
    • the right to rectification of personal data under Article 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR,
    • the right to erasure of personal data under Article 17 GDPR,
    • the right to object to processing under Article 21 GDPR,
    • the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR,
    • the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the controller specified in Section I of these terms.
  2. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.

VII. Conditions for securing personal data

  1. The controller declares that he has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
  2. The controller has implemented technical measures to secure data repositories.
  3. The controller declares that only authorized persons have access to personal data.

VIII. Final provisions

  • By submitting the contact form or sending an email, you confirm that you have read the terms of the privacy policy and fully accept them.
  • By ticking the consent checkbox via the online form or by another clear affirmative action, you confirm that you have read the terms of the privacy policy and fully accept them.
  • The controller is entitled to amend these terms. The new version of the privacy policy will be published on its website, or a new version of these terms will be sent to the email address provided to the controller.

 

These terms shall become effective as of 25 May 2018.
